You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your ph24 account. ph24's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph24 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ph24 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
ph24 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. ph24 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms or for any other reason at ph24's sole discretion. Upon termination, any outstanding balance in your account (net of any bonuses subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable withdrawal processing requirements.
You may close your ph24 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Closure of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to the date of closure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
